REGISTRATION
All registrations will take place online. Click on the "Registration" link above to sign up! We do expect each event to sell out, so please register early to ensure availability.
PAYMENTS
Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, or check. For credit card payments, the full amount will be charged to your account when you register. For check payments, you will be sent an invoice by email for the amount due. We must receive a check for the full amount within 30 days or your seats will be automatically released.
If you elect to pay by check and then decide to cancel before your check has been received, you will be charged the cancellation fee ($25 per person for cancellations received more than three weeks before the event, or the full conference fee for cancellations received within three weeks of the event).
CANCELLATIONS
Please note that a full refund less $25 per person will be given for cancellations made three weeks prior to the event start date. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within three weeks of the event or for no-shows after the event begins. Registrations may be transferred from person to person within your group or organization at no charge. Registrations are not transferable to future conferences. Our staff cannot make exceptions to this policy.
CHILDREN & CHILDCARE
While families are extremely important to us, we are unable to accommodate children at these events. If you are planning to travel with children, please make arrangements for childcare during the conference sessions.
AIRPORT INFORMATION
The closest airport is Hartsfield-Jackson International (ATL). It is approximately 36 miles from the church. Please allow one hour traveling time during non-peak hours and one and one-half hours during peak times.
WAITING LIST
Once we have reached maximum capacity, a waiting list will be started. Names will be added to the list in the order they are received, and they will be removed from the list in the same order. Priority will not be given to churches or organizations that already have a group attending or to those who have already purchased airline tickets. PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION IS CONFIRMED BEFORE PURCHASING AIRLINE TICKETS.
