If your question is not answered in this list of Frequently Asked Questions, please feel free to drop us a line in the space provided at the bottom of this page.

Will we be allowed to take pictures or video while we are at the conference?
For the security of our children we ask that you do not take pictures or video while on your tour.  We will provide you with a CD of pictures of all three campuses.  Due to copyright issues, we also ask that you not take pictures or video during the KidStuf program or the worship service.  You will have the opportunity to see the building when it is empty and you are welcome to take pictures or video at that time.

We would like to change our breakout selections when we arrive at the conference. Can we do that?
Due to the number of people that are in our building on Sundays, space is at a premium. The breakouts are assigned to rooms based on the number of people registered. If you want to change your original breakout selections beforehand, you can log back into the Registration page and make the change yourself. However, once you arrive at the conference, you will need to attend the breakout sessions for which you are registered.

Will I be able to attend more than one breakout on Monday morning?
Each breakout lasts approximately three hours, including a coffee and restroom break. Since breaks occur at different times and content is not repeated between the first and second halves, you will not be allowed to change breakouts. This can be very disruptive to meetings and discussions that are already in progress.

My group cannot attend the Monday workshops. Is there a one-day rate?
No, but you won't want to miss the Monday workshops. This is your chance to meet with staff in smaller groups and ask all of those questions that you have been saving up!

We would love to meet with some of your staff and get some "face time" once the conference ends. Can you let me know how to set up some meetings?
Our staff knows that we need to prioritize our time to focus on our job responsibilities as they relate to our volunteers, our campuses, and our strategic partners. We absolutely want to provide opportunities for other churches to ask questions and get a peek into what happens here. Sundays @ North Point is designed to be just that -- an opportunity for you to be able to communicate and dialogue with our staff. Once the conference ends on Monday afternoon, our staff will return to its normal responsibilities and will not be available for additional meetings.

Thank you for your understanding.
